I took a car insurance policy from royal sundaram. In Nov.2015 my car accident with the wall, then i take my car to sheela motors Palwal (Details Invoice attached.) They repair my car and give me invoice with original parts billing and service charge. “Invoice sr. No. 2,3 and 4 are covered in insurance and tail lamp will be chargd 100% cost ” as per royal sundaram Surveyour. Mutually i agreed to repair my car for taking accidental claim.
Then on 4th Dec. 2015 i go workshop for taking my car. They give me invoice and told me surveyour came here and written the billing amount as handwritten 6070 INR.

Then i ask him for detailed invoice with how much insurance company paid and how much will be paid by me. Workshop representative refused for such type of details . They told me you can ask for this either Insurance company or Rohan motor Insurance department ( From where i renewed my Royal sundaram Policy). Now there is 1 month past but no detailed information received. Please find the Sheela motors Invoice and my Policy.
