I had a very bad experience with Jet Airways. PFA the ticket details(Patna to Kolkata)(PNR DXOGPB FLIGHT NO. 9W 2685 Date 8th oct,2014).

The flight was scheduled to depart at 9:30 am in morning from Patna but due to traffic issues I reached airport at 9 am (you can check the cctv footages of patna airport) .There was no one on the check-in counter of jet airways. I rushed towards the security check where I was stopped. The boarding of that flight had started and I could see the queue for people just outside security check for this particular flight. Boarding had just started but since there was no one on the check in counter, I was left totally unattended. Finally security check personnels tried to contact jet airways people and they refused to issue me a boarding pass. I had only hand baggage, no luggage was there. Airport staff suggested me to go to Jet airways booking counter and if he could issue the boarding pass. I reached there(Patna Airport is very small, so movement from one place to anpother hardly takes few seconds).The guy sitting there totally misbehaved, screamed at us .We were requesting but he showed arrogance at its peak. He showed his authority and power to us and talked very rudely and insulted us .Is this the way a consumer is treated?

He could have easily managed the situation by helping us but he didnt,instead shouted at us.

I know I was supposed to reach 45 minutes prior to departure but I was late by 15 minutes. But I was carrying hand baggage only and boarding was still going on with a very long queue. But they didnt issue me a boarding pass, flaunting about their rules. Earlier at times me and many people whom I know had been a little late but other airlines have cooperated in case you have a hand baggage only and boarding process has not finished.

It was very important for me to go to Kolkata on that flight because of job commitments. But I couldnt, plus they didnt even refunded me the money. Is this an appropriate way to deal with a customer?
I request the concerned authority to kindly take my complaint seriously and do the needful.
