Sahara not returning deposits

I age of 62 years I have started a recurring deposit ( Sahara. n benefit) a/c no 6xxxxxxxx4 and application no 3xxxxxxxxxx0 for 60 months in franchise office Salkia ( 372 G T Road Howrah north) a/c opening date 01 12 2011 denomdenomination Rs 2000 pm maturity date 01 12 2016 but after all payments they are decline to return my maturity amount till 01 08 2017.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
