Samsung AC extended warranty document not received

I have purchased samsung split AC on 19th May, 2014 warranty of AC expiring on 18th May 2015 mid 12:00, so I paid Rs.6847/- to PRS Services in front of Mr.Vxxxxy by credit card for 3 years of extended Warranty. after 15 days I called to Mr. Vxxxy but he did not pick my call so I lodge complaint to samsung customer care & email to CEO Office and inform the same. on 15th July 2015 I received mail for Ms. Jxxxn Kxxxr sent mail asking the invoice, on 17th July I have provided the same. After that I call Ms. Jxxxxxn Kxxxxr, wrote mail but till up to date I have not received any warranty certificate from them. Kindly Look into this matter and provide the solutions.
