I bought Samsung A8 in October, but within less than a month, the phone went dead. We gave it to their Vile Parle (W) service centre no. 0005337526. The product is in WARRANTY.
This service centre is charging me Rs 10000 saying that its the cost of repairing a screen. They have said that their repair process damages the screen and they mentioned that the problem was with the phone’s hardware (motherboard). The phone’s screen was perfect before we gave it to the service centre.
Why am I being charged for screen repairs, even though the screen was perfectly fine. The fault was in the motherboard.
