I ordered a samsung galaxy J3 phone from snapdeal site which they have dispatched with Xpressbees courier and the product reached at aurangabad courier office after 6 days of dispatch and 8 days of order. but the actual problem is this xpress bees has received the product 4 days ago and they are delivering it. I spoke to their customer service, every time they are telling we will mail our concern person in Aurangabad but no action is being taken from them till date. even i cant speak with snapdeal customer care representative due to their recorded voice service. snapdeal need to improve this thing. how can we express our complain to the recorded tape on snapdeal customer care number.
I request you to do the needful.
