I had purchased my Samsung GalaxyA5 handset from Vijay Sales, Sector 7, Dwarka on 28th June 2015 worth Rs19,500 and got it insured under their scheme from AppsDaily with Intimation ID AD_D_301015_2827134. The handset was given to the authorised service center SRS Telecom Services, Naraina on 2nd Nov 2015. Our claim for cashless damage repair had been approved on 5th Nov 2015 with claim amount Rs10550 and with the estimated date of repair 9th Nov 2015. However, till date 19th Nov 2015, there has been no progress and the service center has been harrassing us, despite fulfilling their document requirements. The service center personnel Ms. Nxxxxxi has also been dodging me, not answering my queries and refusing to let me talk to the in charge Mr. Axxxxl Gxxxxxxa. They are claiming that Apps Daily is not making payment to them, that is why they refuse to repair the handset. I have also tried contacting on AppsDaily toll free number but there is no response at all.

I want my Samsung Handset to be repaired immediately. I seek immediate grievance redressal regarding this and help in taking legal action.
