I was purchase a new phone of Samsung at 10-7-17 at 7.30pm after that when i reached home and use video call its show ark image during video call in low light where all other phone performs well .Then i Coordinate with service team of Samsung center, on same day at 9.00pm , they control Remort acess of my phone on their hand at same day , after not soliving issue they told me to visit service center for repair. then one day twice i visit for same service center for repair but the don’t do anything,then i visit another service center they submit my phone and after three days they return my phone by saying this now your phone is well good its now in good condition, after that i was send mail to headquater they also dont help me well . i was facing same issue from last 7 days but Samsung India dosnt help me . they dont refund my money …
I was talk sevral peoples in samsung call center. please help me
