I bought a Samsung LCD in October 2012, after 1 year 9 month i faced screen problem, warranty was expired, i raised a Engineer visit request at Samsung care, when he checked the LCD, and replaced the screen. then there was a problem in sound also, So he replaced the both Screen and PCB, i paid 14000 Rs for replacement for same. Now after 1 year 2 month i faced the same screen problem with LCD, when i call to Samsung customer care they told me that i have to pay 600 + Tax only for Engineer visit. I am very disappointed with Samsung response. Please help, I am feeling very harassed.
