Recently few months back i bought samsung micro sd card from snapdeal whose value is Rs. 603. During the time of purchase it clearly mention that is has 10 years samsung india warranty only at snapdeal. Recently the card got faulty, so i contacted the nearest samsung service centre for the replacement as it has 10 years warranty but they refused to do the replacement and said snapdeal will do the replacement as we dont do it. So, i contacted snapdeal customer care also even mailed them about the issue buty they are also making excuses. So, now i came here although Rs. 603 is not much huge amount but according to their warranty policy they should do the replacement. So, now i want a replacement either from samsung or snapdeal anyhow.
