I would like to inform you that I bought a samsung mobile from rediff online shopping website on 26.03.2015 vide order ID 11361919 as per attcahed invoice for the same. The same has been delivered successfully on 30.03.2015. But after 10-15 days it was not working even I am not able to switch on it. And regarding this IO already contact with rediff support team 8-10 times on emails also with on phone calls. But still not get any favourable reply from them. So please do the needfull or suggest what can I do now.

    Reverse pick up has been arranged and the details have been mailed to customer. Post the pick up mail us the AWB no. post which the order would be refunded.

  2. I just ants to know, when I’ll get my refund. As you know phone has been already returned to you on 05.05.2015 vide JV express tracking no. RDF13752.
    But still now thee is no any more updates from your side.
    Pleas elet me know how much time it will take to complete all this process.
    Regarding I already sent mails two times, but not able to get any reply neither from your side nor from seller side.

  3. I shall be very thankful to ICF for their valuable time and efforts regarding getting my refund from rediff.com.

    Without ICf i don’t think so its possible, because beofre contacted to ICF I have sent so many emails to rediff. But never got a favourabe reply from them.

    So once again thanks a lot to ICF for their co-operation.
