Samsung Phone S7 service issue

I have purchased a high end Samsung phone model no S7 Falt G930FZDUINS – Gold, with Sl.No 356905070923891 vide invoice no 332 dated 30.06.2016. This has a defect of not giving audio out put while using paired with my car audio blue tooth for calls.

I had dropped in to service center RLogic on lalbagh road on 25.05.2017, they checked and updated the latest software with no improvement. instantly it was checked connecting other phones to my car audio which worked absolutely fine. Service technician registered a call and retained my phone providing me a standby phoen. Apparently even that stopped working within few hours, I had to drop in again to service center. Service team neither fixed the issue in my phone nor provided any solution and returned my phone. Then on wards I have been chasing Samsung service team, none are bothered to respond nor fix the issue.

I have completely lost trust on Samsung and I demand for refund or replacement of product failing which a legal complaint will be registered on Samsung.
