Samsung service harassment complaint

I am having a Samsung device Grand2 with me. I am having persistence problem of reboot. For that i visited its authorised service center -Sharp enterprises on 11th october 2014. Since then i have submited my phone 4 times to them.Visited the gallery more than 15 times. Still the same problem is recurring. THey are harassing me a lot.

Kindly look into the matter.
