The Samsung Split Air Conditioner, which I own, was facing cooling problem for a few days. I had contacted Samsung Customer Care seeking help to the said problem. They sent a service engineer to my home to check up the machine. I have been instructed by the service engineer to send the Air Conditioner to the Service Center as the Air Conditioner was facing gas leak issue which can’t be fixed at customer’s premises. After sending the system, I have received call from the service station that they found the actual problem with the AC and told me that the condenser need to be changed. I agreed to change the Condenser. After some days again In received call from Samsung Service Center that they fixed the issue but I need to pay in advance to receive the system. I paid by cheque amounting Rs. 9002/-. The amount got debited from my account on 16-Jun-2015.
Now, it has been more than 15 days of the payment, I didn’t receive the Split Ac yet. Initially, when the Samsung service engineer received the Ac for repair, I have been told that, it will take around 10 days to complete the job. But, today it is going to be more than one month; I didn’t receive the system after repairing. I contacted and followed up the Samsung Customer Care several times for this issue but all in vein. They could not provide me solution.
Kindly help me to get either my Air Conditioner back or my money is to be refunded along with the cost of the Ac which they have stolen.
