1) I was using of SBI elite credit card user. At the time of renewal of this credit card, I had called (telephonically, in Nov 2017) SBI credit card customer care & asked ” will i get welcome gift after renewal of this card, customer care replied “Yes, you will get the welcome gift after payment of annual fee”. As per that commitment, I paid annual fee but till Mar 2018 I had not received welcome gift.
2) Then I raised complaint for welcome gift, then again customer care committed, ” if you change Elite credit card to Gold & more card, you will get Rs @4300 refund.
3) After that I received SMS from SBI credit card ” Rs 3694 annual fee refunded in comming statement”
4) Again I called customer care for same issue. Customer care representative has given me assurance that you will get Rs 4999 refund in comming statement.
5)But in statement, they refunded only Rs 3694.
SBI credit card customer care each time giving me wrong commitment/ assurance, result financial loss & mental harassment to me.
Please guide me. Also How SBI credit card customer care dare for wrong commitment to customer each time.
