I am a middle class person i have taken the credit card from sib i used it properly and paid each payment but last i have ordered phone from flipkart and it was on emi but as we didn’t like the phone we returned it the bank keep on taking money from me i did not notice it until this months when they warned me to pay the remaining amount so i called in flipkart and told them my problem they called me by the day and said that we have given the money back to bank so when i talked with the bank peoples they are not replyingme properly so please help me.
