SCB cheque book not delivered by First Flight

Standard Chartered bank dispatched chq from Gurgaon branch through First Flight courier AWB# D90104120475 at my residence address , but still not delivered any courier, & nobody contact me for regarding this courier, I many time mail to First Flight courier, but there is no any reply. Please provide me my courier as soon as possible.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
