I purchased mobile on 8th June 2015 on Amazon.in. My mobile got some technical issue on 26th December 2015. When I reach LG Authorised Service centre I came to know that it was already purchased on 2013 there is no warranty right now. After some days I got Some more detailed information from LG Authorised person from Hyderabad stating that this mobile is used one (Second Hand) and they confirmed it seller sold second hand mobile to me.

I communicated several times to Amazon through mail and phone, but they are repeatedly says we are communicating, sorry for the inconvenience and repeatedly asking me to send mobile details. I have sent number of times to them still they seems to be helpless for the amount which I have paid total 30,239 incl EMI. I am still paying EMI for my mobile.

Please find the attached Amazon authorised seller issued fake bill. And please do me a favour in this regard.
