I had an internet broadband connection from Nextra. I disconnected the connection in Nov and they picked up their router and charger in early December.

They have a rule to return the security deposit of 1500rs. After 3 months of returning router. Its almost 4 months now and they don’t care about returning my money.

When i call them, they say your complaint has been escalated and it will be resolved soon (not sure how many more months they will take) and also they don’t even provide me any complaint number.

Can you help me get my money back from Nextra??
