Sending different order of different order in same packet

I ordered mi a1 worth 12999 black color for my brother and one mi a1 rose gold worth 12999 for me with order I’d OD110944062413947000 and order id of rose gold OD110944044230981000 having delivery dates different BT the seller Truenet commerce packed both in same packet and delivering . I want to cancel one order BT they cancelled both saying that both are in same packet.
