Sending wrong product against original ordered product

I have booked one Mulity Gym Abe Blaster from HBN on 13th of July and on 9th of August, they have delivered me Master Blaster, completely different product from the ordered one. When I talked to HBN people, they told me that you send me the product and we will refund you 7999.00 instead of 11120.00, which i have paid to them. They have send me wrong product without my consent and now they are neither returning the full amount or returning the product.

As they have made the mistake, they must have either refund my full amount or send me original product. Why should I courier the product on my own cost or why should I take 7999.00 instead of 11120.00, which I have paid.
