Service issue on open box Samsung Note 4 from Snapdeal vendor

I have purchased OpenBox Samsung Note 4 on 5 May 2017 from Snapdeal, but received damage piece which have issue of overheating and battery drainage. So I send the Return Request to the Snapdeal. As per Snapdeal Policy they arrange the Engineer visit to check the mobile. After that Snapdeal accepted my return request and schedule for mobile pickup. Courier boy picked up the mobile from my home and checked the mobile and all accessories. After 8-9 days I received a call from Snapdeal person that and told that your returned Item did not meet our quality check criteria, coz Headset is not in the box. So we unable to initiate refund and have closed your return request. and the returned the mobile to me by courier. After that I went to the Samsung Service Centre (Khar) to repair the mobile, but they told that Mobile is not under warranty. It’s warranty expired in 2015. After telephonic conversation with Samsung Online Service Executive understand that the Snapdeal dealer cheated me. He put wrong information while selling this product, this product is not under any Brand Warranty. I again complaint to the Snapdeal. but Snapdeal executive forcing me to send the mobile to the Dealer’s address and they will repair it and send it to you. But I show them that Dealer put information on your website that the Product is with 6 months Brand Warranty then why should I couriered to the Dealer and the Snapdeal executive not ready to email these things. Everyday 1 person call me and forcing me to couriered the phone to the dealer, but no one is ready to send an email about this.
I am really frustrated with this Snapdeal Service, please look on this. Very much thanks, Sachin.

Everyday gets a call from Snapdeal executive and forcing me to send the mobile to the Dealer for repairing. If mobile is under Brand Warranty then why should I send it to the Dealer? Snapdeal has sold the product by giving false information on their website and I want refund or replacement (with Brand Warranty).

Everyone please think twice while buying anything from Snapdeal, check warranty first.

Why this delay? Last 4 months I am struggling with this and only 2 months warranty lefts… Is this the Easy Return Policy of Snapdeal? Or Easy Return Policy is for only advertising purpose…

Again call from Snapdeal that send phone to the dealer and he will repair it and send it to you. I told him that I want a service from Samsung (as mentioned in product details), the Snapdeal person told me that Dealer will give you service from Samsung, believe on my phone, all phones are recorded, but we can’t give you this in written. The email are system generated emails, you just believe on our phone conversation and send mobile to dealer. Is this funny?
