Service issue with Hathway internet

I paid 3180/-, i took internet connection 17 sept 2017 science that day the service was intermittent at all times i could not able work with hathway internet connection, i have raised 15 complaints till today, they can’t provide service to me, i have never ever seen like this service very poor poor worst. Account no 1149127162. so kindly refund amount back please.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
