Self ported my mob no from Vodaphone Gujarat to BSNL J&K. Self got message from BSNL regarding settlement of dues of previous service provider and accordingly I settled the dues and submitted the payment receipt at BSNL office Kargil on 20.09.16 well before due date of 23.09.16.

After that self again requested BSNL office on 22.09 to update the payment details so as to avoid barring my services. Self contacted Customer care also and got the assurance that services will not be barred.

But surprisingly from yesterday evening all incoming and outgoing services are withdrawn from my above mentioned no even I am unable to call to customer care. Self contacted customer care from other no and explained the issue 3 times from yesterday evening but they are unable to provide any solution.

Since situation in J&K is very delicate and non working of mobile worrying all family and friends. Further I am unable to contact with my clients and colleagues which is effecting my profession as well.

More over for the same period Vodaphone and BSNL both has charged me bills for same Mobile No. (Voda Phone twice FTP – 01.06.16 to 30.06.16 & 01.07.16 to 02.07.16, BSNL FTP – 19.06.16 to 18.07.16). Due to above self is going thru mental agony without any reason and BSNL is responsible for that.

Please advice if any legal proceedings can be taken in above circumstances against BSNL & Vodaphone.
