I have recently ported my mobile services from Idea Cellular to Vodafone. Plan if for INR 999 and give me 2500 minutes with 4GB Data services.

However from day 1 the data services have not been working fine and also network has many problem including call dropping, no network at all and Internet never connects at my office location. I raised complain 1 – 221499190 on 23/08 for the same and it was simply closed without any resolution by customer care. When i got an SMS i called them again on 29/08/2016 when they said sorry and raised another complain 223424954 which is still not resolved.

There is no communication from the team and today my internet died fully. I called the customer care to update over the progress of the request while they kept me waiting for 30 minutes and finally told me that it will take 5-6 months to get resolved.

The promises made during selling the connection was seamless network and data connectivity which i need for my daily use. This is my official number and i cannot change it. When i asked for porting i have been told that i cannot port for another 90 days and this is a bottleneck for me and there is no resolution way out.

I am really frustrated and there is no way to deal with the people now. Request your kind help to get this resolved.
