I had ordered a dress from SHEIN on 16th Sep ’17. On 23rd sep. I received a call from the courier guy from GATI confirming me the address and about the package. After confirming he never visited. I then contacted SHEIN but they simply chucked the matter by asking me to contact the courier service and said it shows delivered in their system with my misspelled name on the receipt. As asked, I called GATI on 28th of Sep ’17 and lodged a complaint. It has been more than 10 days I am calling GATI and speaking to various reps and asking for the solution as I was told by them that I will getting another package. Neither have i got the package yet nor any other solution. I must have called GATI several times, each time they pass the matter by telling me I will get my package in 2 days or 3 days or they put me on hold for several minutes and finally disconnect. Today on 9th oct, when I tried contacting SHEIN, as i bought from their site and I paid in advance, they should take some responsibility, noone ever replied to my chat. Disgusting site this is.
