I have ordered DUMBBELL (order no-8581) from FITNESSWORLD.IN on 22 April 2015. Worth RS 899 there was no any COD option so i have prepaid the order from credit card and i have received payment confirmation from both ccavenue as well fitnessworld.in. Very next day i have received mail confirmation from fitnessworld.in that your order no 8581 has been successfully shipped from BLUEDART courier having waybillno-50331741036. after 2days when i tried to track my shipment, i found incorrect waybill no then in confirm with local bluedart team they stated there is no such type of waybill no.

After that when i tried to contact fitnessworld.in in his all no i found no response they have not picked call. then i felt i have been cheated. i want my money back else i will lodged complain to cyber crime also

Its my kindly request to consumer forum team kindly solve my problem on urgent basis. and same time i will also lodged comlpain to CCavenue team that without verification how they gave payment gateway to any one.
