I ordered a NIVIA gym gloves on 9th august 2015 from ShopClues.com of order no 64546840. The estimated delivery date was 18th-19th august 2015. They provided me a shipment no of 14464700983 from Blue Dart. I already paid the amount of 289 Rupees. from my credit card.

In their site they are showing the order has already being shipped on 10th august. Its been 11 days now but still I can not even track my order. Whenever I’m trying to track this it is saying “Numbers not found”. So I’m not sure whether that item was actually shipped from ShopClues.

I tried to contact then through email and call but no fruitful solution came out. I can not even cancel the order as they are sometime saying it is already shipped and can not be cancelled and I can refuse the shipment from courier when it will arrive. And another representative from them is saying they can log a cancel request but they were also not sure of doing that. When I asked if it is cancelled in how many days I will get refund of my amount. they said 10-15 days which is unexpected as I use lots of another e-commerce site and after cancelling order they refund it within 3-4 days.

Please do the needful in this matter.
