Monday, 11-Apr-16
I was coordinating with M/s Patel packer and movers for status of the shipment. Got gati’s docket no only by evening, after which I’ve been directly coordinating with gatikwe.

Complain was registered on gatikwe customer care: 18001804284 at around 3PM by M/s Patel Packers and Movers.

Tuesday, 12-Apr-16
Complain assigned to Sxxxxxa and I was asked to contact her directly. Number was incorrect and I was then asked to contact Pxxxa or Nxxxxxxxm – and ask for Sxxxxxxa.

I was told by Sxxxxxxxa that 1 out of the 4 packages has been misplaced and they are trying to connect it to the same location.

From Wednesday, 13-Apr-16 to Saturday, 16-Apr-16, I was told daily by Sxxxxxxxxa that she’s coordinating with the delivery people in Bangalore to get the misplaced package connected to the same location and the shipment will be delivered to my location by evening on the same day.

I also asked her if it is possible to ship the available 3 packages first and then send the remaining 1 package later. She said it wont be possible since it is their policy to deliver all the packages together.

On Saturday, when I called on Sxxxxxxxxs no Bxxxxxa picked up the call and told that 1 package is still missing and that she can arrange to get the remaining 3 packages delivered on the same day.

I received 3 packages on Saturday, 16-Apr-2016. As per online tracking, these 3 packages where in the Bangalore warehouse since 10-Apr-16 and Sxxxxxa could have easily arranged to delivery these packages to my place.

I moved from PG to rented apartment on Tuesday, 12-Apr-16 and since then I’ve been sleeping on the floor. I have a dislocated shoulder and it has started paining because of sleeping on the floor continuously for so many days.

The torture doesn’t end here. Finally, when I received the misplaced item (42 inch Samsung LCD TV) on Monday, 18-Apr-2016, it was completely damaged. The display is completely broken and the TV doesn’t start.

This is the worst experience of my life and I had to go through lot mental torture in the last 13 days.
