Shopclues cancels order everytime

On 20 march 2017. I bought 2 products on shopclues.com whose order id is 112413278 & 112409125 whose cost is over 600 rs seprately. After 1 day they cancel my order & say there was some system issues. Recently I again bought a product whose order id is 119672774 on 28 june & they cancel my order after completion of order. If they are not able to provide products to the customers then why they are in this industry. I want you to please shut down this company’s door or provide me good solution as soon as possible.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
