I placed an order on 2nd September, 2015, with order no. 66985587, for an iBall Senior Aasaan2 phone (Rs. 2800), which I purchased for my father. While placing the order, the website said that order will be delivered by 9th September 2015. I tracked the order on 7th September 2015 and found that order has been dispatched, and they have assigned a courier company tpc india (www.tpcindia.com) with consignment no. DEL109997050. I tracked it on courier’s website on 8th, and I found that it has already arrived in the city, and since its a small city, it should have been delivered within a day or two. However, when after a long wait, there was no delivery, so I tried calling the courier company, and to my disappointment, no contact number for this courier company works. I also placed a complaint using their form on their website, but for no help. Then I put a complaint at shopclues’ complaint form, but although they replied and said to follow up with the courier, there is no update after so many days. Shopclues has not mentioned their phone number, so you can only contact them with email or complaint form. I am not getting any proper response, and I have already asked them to refund my money. But they say that I need to initiate the return process after I receive the product. For which I asked, how could I do that if I never receive the product; but they are still not giving any clear response. I have already done some shopping with shopclues in past, but this time they are behaving totally unprofessional and unreasonable. Other than this, I want to file a complaint against tpc india courier services (www.tpcindia.com).

Please help me to get my money back from these guys.
