I placed a order of 100 kg bodymaxx home gym set of price
?6259(including shipping charge) on Shopclues.com on
12th August. I paid the above amount using my debit card
on the same day and payment was successful. My order no
64828329 of the above product was confirmed on the same
day and shipping was done with safexpress courier with
waybill no. 43936697 on 14th August. My scheduled
delivery date was 22 nd August. But till now I didn’t
received the product and I am also not able to track it. I
called safexpress many time they tell the way bill number is
incorrect and talk to ShopClues regarding the same. I also
called and complaint many time to ShopClues but every
time they tell we have raised your complaint and it will be
resolved within 48 hours. I’ve lost hundreds of rupees in
calling the shopclues customer support. But till now 21
days have been passed and I didn’t got the delivery of my order neither I’m able to track it with the waybill provided by shopclues. The safexpress care told me that shopclues haven’t shipped the
product yet. Please Re ship me product as soon as possible and deliver it . Didn’t expected this type of serve from ShopClues.
