I ordered AC on 25th January and estimated time of delivery was 9th Feb to 10th Feb. As per shopclues site they dispathed on 2nd Feb. I have the following information on the site regarding my order “This order is shipped via Beacon Surface . The tracking number for this shipment is 135361. To track this package goto http://7horses.co.in/ and enter the tracking number shown above.”
I tried entering the tracking number on the link given and also on beacon surface site but the tracking number provided is invalid.
I called call center on 3rd Feb complaining about the tracking number and only response I receive is Sorry for inconvenience and there is some technical problem in courier service portal and unable to track the shipment. We have raised a concern and you will get update by 48 hours. When I called back again on 8th Feb to know the status what I hear is same response, “please give 48 hours, your issue will be resolved”.
No again I called on 10th Feb which is after maximum time of delivery, but same response not a single change in response. If you ask, that I have already raised a concern 7 days back, answer would be that we are following up please give 48 hours. That’s it, no other try from their side or no other response.
No one is shopclues call center has any answer or no one knows how it can be traced and who is the person who can work on this issue. They behave as if they don’t know anything, it was shipped and in transit and no way to track or no way to contact the courier service they have chosen as they don’t have any contact number what so ever.
I’m really frustrated and fed up with ShopClues service and their customer care. I want to know the status of my order and correct expected date of delivery. I’m having mental frustration talking to call center hours together.
Please respond ASAP.
