I have purchased Samsung 40J5000 40 Full HD LED TV on 26.12.2015 through Shopclues.com and I have paid Rs.24,689/- through credit card. After payment, the scheduled delivery date they have provided is between 5 – 7 Jan, 2016. Later I have requested them to update courier tracking details and they have given tracking id 131126 & http://7hroses.in website for tracking the shipment. From then I am trying to track the shipment, it is showing No Record Found. Regarding this, I have given written compliant through shopclues.com website and made calls to customer care. But, till now no useful information they have provided to me and delivery date of the shipment given by them is 9-Jan-2016, which is already gone.
On Saturday, 09.01.2016 at 4.26 P.M, I again made a call to customer care of Shopclues.com and again they said 48 hours they will revert back with details. So far no information received from them. Again, today i.e. 11.01.2016 at 2.30 p.m i made call to shopclues.com, they are again telling after 48 hours they will revert back. I requested them to cancel my order, they are not cancelling, they are shipping and even they are not able to provide tracking details. From last 4 days I have been wasting my time, phone everything to track the shipment. Please do justice in this matter.
