Shopclues not refunding money for returned product

Shopclue send me a defective refurbished laptop 1 month before. I returned their defective laptop within a week.
And now since then they are not informing me about the status of my money refund. Everytime I called their customer support executive, they use to give me the same reply that they need 5-7 business days. They are sending me the repeated reply, but not informing me the date of refunding my balance. One of their customer support executive inform me that they are waiting for thier merchant approval (from last 25-30 days)

One thing I do not understand is why they are involving third party in between. If I paid to shopclue, then why should i wait for thier merchant. I have no deal with their merchant, why should I concern about their merchant.

I paid to shopclue, then I should expect my refund from shopclue directly without involving any third party. This product was purchased from shopclue directly.

From last 1 month, they are repeatedly saying that they need 5-7 business days, also they are clearly denying about the Time frame of refund.

Defective laptop means they did not even check the laptop before delivey and they claims about the genuine product. Shopclue is misleading people also.

Even today also I have still not update. I need my money back as soon as possible. My oder id is 67577677.
