Short delivery by Flipkart, no customer support

I order two earphones at a time and they just delivered one earphone but deducted the amount of two i.e Rs. 550.I talked to their customer care,she replied that your order will soon be replaced by 4th of august and you will get two earphones.But after that there was no call no mail nothing.Sorry to say but the service of Flipkart is getting worse by the day. Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
