I’ve ordered 2 automatic skeleton watches from Omezzle.com on 7th August, 2015 (Order ID: 165267862540239 ). I’ve received only 1 watch (worth Rs 2699/-) on 29th August, 2015, it was written on the package by hand that, the other watch will be sent within 11days as long waiting period for that 1. But, I’ve still not received the other watch (worth Rs 4999/-). When, I’m trying to track my order on their website it is showing ” fulfillment in progress” & expected shipping date is 14th August,2015, but, no shipping details is shown.

I’ve tried many times to contact them over email(omezzle@gmail.com, cs@omezzle.com) & their “Contact Us ” link, but, no response received yet. Most unfortunately whenever I’ve dialed their customer service number(+91-8510000802), it’s said to be a wrong one.

So, I’m left with only 1 watch among the 2 I’ve ordered & perplexed. I’m attaching photos of the order tracking & the product I haven’t received.
