Short quantity delivered by Shopclues

I have ordered bedsheets against order ID 121770386 for 2 nos. I received the order on 10th August with short qty.
I have filed return on next day, and I received a reply that seller has contacted me and resolved the issue. However seller has not contacted me and issue is as it is. Now shopclues is not responding to my communications.
Complaint is done by calling to call center with complaint ID 300666 but it is also unanswered.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
