However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Repeated follow-ups by Mr. Kakwani produced no results and he posted his complaint with ICF on 27.11.2012. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. The matter was finally resolved by way of refund on or about 04-03-2013.

Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo.
