Signal issues with Lenovo K3 Note

I purchased new Lenovo K3 note on 17-10-15. After that I encountered signal problem in both the sim(No signal in both sim).I have already given phone for 3 times for repair to Lenovo service center .

But every time it only works fine for 3-4 days and then the problem again comes. Please help so that permanent solution can be given to this issue.
