I have applied for 2 vodafone sim, since i came to boisar on 10th july. On the same day i gave the vendor 200 rupees for the sim and my voter i card xerox. Its been 18 days, i vist him every alternate days and that does no effect. Even he bad mouthed me once, since i am new to this town challenging that i should go and complain. Since i am on roaming with my home town sim, it costs me around 100 ruppes to make my daily call, which is so unnecessary. I emailed vodafone at vodafonecare.mah[at]vodafone.com .. all i got was an acknowedgement mail. Do i have to fight with the vendor to get my sim activated?? Is that how vodafone takes care of its customer.
