I have purchased Bajaj popular E-Gas cooktop from snapdeal which on  delivery found broken and I have returned it. My order no is 3750130495 placed on 29 Nov 2014. They received it on 10 Dec 2014 and initiated my refund which I have not received yet. I have registered complaint for not getting my money. My complaint no is 12813113. They asked me to share my bank statement and asked me to  confirm with my bank. I have shared my statement  and confirmed with my bank. After which they agree to processed my money but 5 months already passed and they didn’t returned it.

Now , they don’t even reply on my mails and on call they say your issue is in high priority and every time promise to resolve the issue but they don’t take any action. So please assist me and help me to get my money back along with penalty.
