We had ordered a sofa cum bed from snapdeal on 20th September. Following are the issues:
They had stated that the product will reach us by 28th September maximum. They never reverted back though we kept tracking the order. The last we checked was on 20th that is today and before this it was 11th that we called them and got a response that the product is taking time but will reach us. But today when we called it said we have cancelled your order on the 13th and have sent us a mail. We never received a mail. And we checked out status of the product today and it still says processing. If they could not fulfill our requirement they should have told us long back and informed us long back so that we could have ordered from somewhere else.
Plus I never received any mail and the female kept saying we have. And on snap deal website also the product we ordered is still available.
Plus if they cancelled the order on the 13th I should have got back my money till now. And after all this who is going to pay for the service tax and processing that too has been charged in my card. Who is going to bear all this cost.
I want help and some action against snap deal and also my money back with interest for holding it so long.
