Snapdeal denies replacement under gold service

Sir, I purchased a Peter England blue denim from snapdeal on 9 july 2017.. I purchased the product under their gold service which gives the customer a facility of returning the product within 14 days..I placed a return request on 11 July 2017 for that denim, but on next day I got a call from their side that they will not accept my return request because my return ratio and cancellation ratio is high.. sir if they have sent me a used a product should I accept…I have ordered a pressure cooker earlier and it was used which was smelling so bad.. I placed a request a for replacement they replaced but they delivered the same piece of cooker again..so I just cancelled that order…now they are not accepting my return request but the company gave me the facility of returning the product within 14 days…now they are denying…they are making the consumer a fool
