Snapdeal is not refunding the money

Complaint against Snapdeal for defective mobile: I had purchased one mobile through but the product which I got is faulty one, hence I have requested for return the item and refund the amount. but I didn’t get any respond from them even though after 4 days. when I contacted the customer care, they are asking me to go to service center and get it repair even though its under thrustpay. order id is 4312667153
