Snapdeal is not replacing product

Hi, I have bought a nike shoe uk size 7.5 & euro 42 but it is not in actually 42 as per the terms I can replace or return it within 7 days after delivery after receiving the shoe I raised a complaint to exchange the shoe one size larger in fst call they registered my Complaint & promise me to pickup the product & will replace it after 2 days I called them again & they said it can’t be xchange & return I asked the why they sorry we can’t disclosed with you y there is some issue in your Account we can’t process your Complaint.after I have Complaint many times but still the product is with me.order no.19571038630 it has been delivered on 4tg august I have launched a Complaint on 7th aug17 for replacement.
