I have ordered kenstar karishma classis food processor from Snapdeal with order id 15563716574 on 3rd October 2016. We received the product, but due to very poor quality of the product we decided to return and filed a return request from Snapdeal.

After that I received a mail from Snapdeal that they cant reverse pickup my product and so asked me to send the product manually.
Here I would like to highlight the cheating behaviour of the Snapdeal: in the same order, there is another sub item for which also I filed the return request and they picked up that product and refunded the money on the same day, the courier picked my item. Here they don’t bother about quality check as it is just Rs.300
Even after calling customer care, they didn’t answer me why they picked up one subitems and not the other time from the same order, and simply ordered me to do send manually.

So I manually send the product with the same way, I received.
Now after Snapdeal received the product, they sent me mail saying that they can’t take return product because of quality check failed. This is clearly cheating customer.

They didn’t mention what is the problem in quality check. They don’t want to return my money as it is 2900 plus courier charges 265, so they simply saying the reason as quality check failed. Please punish snapdeal and return my money with penality as I spent lot of time for this product from purchase to return
