On 31st-Dec-2015, Sanpdeal.com was offering Rs.4000/- cash back into freecharge wallet on purchase of any Nexus 5x mobile model from its portal. Hence i had bought Nexus5x 16GB black, order ID 10873276053 and got delivery on 4th-Jan-2016. The condition is that (anybody can do google search with key “nexus 5x freecharge 4000 cashback” to get proof) the cashback is given through Free fund code to our registered mail ID within 15 days of date of delivery.

Now it is 21st day from date product was delivered to me. Still they have not sent such assured Free fund code to my registered mail ID.

Now my money packet is dried to buy something which was planned as no cashback and this snapdeal is making horror situation which created has my sleelessness problem for above issue. I am requesting you to take an immediate action on snapdeal.com to get expected cash back and recover relief in form money which spent for my time, medicines for sleeplessness and phone call charges from number of phone calls were made to snapdeal.

  1. The same issue happened with me. On Jan 16, there was an offer on Levi’s socks in which they were offering Rs.199 cashback in the Freecharge wallet after 24 hours of delivery. I ordered the product on the Snapdeal app. The product was delivered on 19th Jan. But I didn’t get the cashback after 24 hours. I talked to their customer service and they said that there was no such offer on the product on that particular day. This is horrible. I also shared the screenshots of the product listing where the cashback was promised. But they didn’t believe. They are saying they have checked their records and there was no such offers. So they can not credit the cashback. I’ll never purchase anything on Snapdeal again.
