I have bought shoes from snapdeal site and after I got them delivered the size did not fit me and I have requested for return.
They have picked up the shoe and when I asked them about refund they are telling that they will not refund my money as there is some issue with my account. I have asked for details on the issue they are not gving it and saying its internal process they are not supposed to disclose.
I have talked to all levels of customer care team. Tried to update on online furm and twitter, but the answer I get is they cannot refund. They are accepting that they is no issue with the product with I have sent back but they are saying that they will not refund my amount. I have the copy of pickup recipt with me.
The are just telling they they will not refund.
I want to proceed legally on them but not sure how much money and time it will take for this issue. But I want answers from them they just say internal checks are not positive and no information apart from that. I have purchased many items from snapdeal till date and never faced such issue.

    We have already sent email to you with details of the complaint. But it appears you replying to customer with unsupported, vague grounds. Please try to understand the issue and assist the customer.
