I buy a Panasonic P55Novo from snapdeal on 30/11/15 and received item on 1/12/15. After using of one day i complaint abt the phone to the snapdeal regarding defect in this product.

1. Battery is taking 6 hour to get recharge for 2500mah.
2. Uses of battery is so much high.
3.Net connectivity is so poor.
4.No indication shown on the phone after full charge of phone even after 90% phone becomes blank and i dont get any green light after 100% charge as i got in other device.

Snapdeal arrange a visit of engineer and told me that he will solve ur problem. But after all this i m facing the same problem. THis product is under 7 days money back/replacement gurantee. But today they refuse to replace it and told me that we cann’t do anything you shuld visit service center.
