I have purchased LED TV from snapdeal on 12th August 2015 wherein they had given a exchange offer. But after paying the money for LED TV which I have bought they are now least interested in the exchange offer and it is more than a month now but till date exchange not done.     Please note that my concern has not been resolved yet.

    If you think that the concern will get resolved only by sending mails then it wont.

    Please look deep into the matter and asked your person to give me exchange offer which you had promised.

    Snapdeal people are very unprofessional.
    They even dont care to reply.
    I am doing continuous follow-up but no response from snapdeal.
